• Implement new products on three SMT lines with two, three and four SMT Machines. • Programming and setting of each machine involved in the production process.(Printing, Pick and Place Machines, Soldering, AOI Inspection, X-Ray Machine) • DPO (Dimension Programming and Optimization) software used to create programs for pick and place machines and Line Balancing software for proper sharing of the components on each machine to minimize production times. • Solve any problems of recognition, standard components and especially those with special geometry (BGA, QFN, TQFP, LQFP, Connectors) and rebuilding some nozzles using a damaged nozzle in case we have an unusual type of connector to put on a PCB. • Participate on planning and optimizing the daily production by determining the type of PCBs to be produced depending on the configuration and capacity of each line. • Designing and implementing a local area network (LAN) through a router between all SMT Machines for rapid intervention, programs management, backup programs and their operating systems in specific format for recovery program, with remote control software. • Developing thermal profiles using K.I.C software. • Ensure reception and registration of new stencils for printing machines and replaces old or damaged stencils. • Update nozzles stock and make new purchase orders for standard and special nozzles. • Prepare and update the layout of all PCBs that are produce marking difficult areas to be pursued using quality control report.(Pareto analysis) • Record, store and communicate to methods of production department time machine for each machine involved in the production process. • Responsible for using, purchase and store of GERBER files. • Prepare weekly reports with rejected components. • Responsible for bringing improvements in the production process. • Performing all levels of preventive maintenance of equipment.
